Her dedication to excellence extends beyond the sports arena into her professional career, where she has held pivotal roles such as Founder and CEO of Check Outside, CFO of Barnes Properties, and Sr. Director of Development for USA Shooting. Tracy’s leadership in these roles has been marked by her strategic vision, financial acumen, and ability to cultivate meaningful partnerships.

In addition to her athletic and professional achievements, Tracy has received numerous accolades, including the United Nations Fair Play Award and the United States Olympic Committee Jack Kelly Fair Play Award.
